She is a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law practice with specialization in Tax Advisory, Company Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance. She garnered her experience in tax law practice from years of working as an Assistant Revenue Officer at the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service.

Funmilola focuses her practice on creating and implementing innovative and practical solutions designed to facilitate and improve businesses in Nigeria while providing structured tax advice and implementation support to Clients. She also advises Clients on tax compliance reviews, tax dispute resolution, tax risk analysis and interface with relevant regulators.
